Shakira’s Purple Cut-out Look

Shakira, 45, dropped the infectious, danceable and collaborative pop single, “Te Felicito” featuring Puerto Rican hitmaker Rauw Alejandro, 29, last month, and continues to garner millions of Spotify streams. Shakira who is known for her electrifying dancing step has made her fans to go gaga with her astonishing outlook in her latest music video.

She also released its accompanying futuristic, sensual music video with several gorgeous looks—from a fur-trimmed lingerie set to a red velvet bodysuit and sheer tights. One other ensemble in particular that stunned us (and highlighted her incredible figure) is a lilac-colored top with shoulder, décolletage and ab cut-outs. Wow!

Throughout the video, Shakira sings and dances with both Alejandro and a robot by her side and the song lyrics tell the story of finding self-empowerment and confidence after a tumultuous breakup (and what better confidence booster than a trendy, curve-hugging and iconic outfit?)

In its introductory scene, Shakira paired the top with high-waisted, matching pants for a full-on set that gives us major Euphoria but also Y2K vibes. The “Hips Don’t Lie” icon shared a close-up shot of her top in an Instagram post to promote her video and also showed off her radiant makeup for the occasion and elegant curls that were dyed a strawberry-blonde, copper color (a definite trend for Spring 2022!)

As millions of fans continue to listen to and dance along to the new single and watch its video, Shakira is sharing numerous clips from the “Te Felicito” video on social media, including behind-the-scenes looks at her ensembles and choreography with her 72.2 million IG followers. And to echo thousands of fans in her comment section, yes, the song really is *that* catchy and *that* good.
